A: Our earliest check-in time is 2pm, however sometimes rooms may be made available earlier by prior arrangement.
Q: Can I arrive late?
A: Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 9pm and we will text easy directions on how to access your room after closing time.
Q: Do you have undercover parking?
A: Yes, every room has undercover parking, and we have rooms with higher carports for larger vehicles.
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Sun Valley Motel are non-smoking, although we have ashtrays outside the room for the convenience of smokers.
Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: We don’t have a restaurant but we do offer great cooked breakfasts (7 days a week), and home cooked meals (4 nights a week), snacks, and have many icy cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages on site and we have a dining shack with a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy your meal and watch the footy.
We also have chargeback facilities to several restaurants and take away places around town.

A: Yes, for both breakfast and dinner. (Dinner Mon-Thu) We also have a mini bar and cold drinks and snacks at reception.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
Q: How do I guarantee my booking?
A: We ask for Credit card details to secure each room booking or we cannot guarantee the room. The credit card details are locked into an electronic secure vault system to protect your privacy at all times and will not be used until you have stayed.
